We are looking for an Operations Director in Förena with strong entrepreneurial skills to join our great team and contribute to the group's ambitious growth.

YOUR MISSION

Working in close collaboration with the Head Office team, your mission will be to manage all of Förena's operations and supervise a team of more than 90 people. Supported by supervisors, you will be responsible for achieving the financial objectives agreed with management. You will be responsible for applying high standards in terms of quality of services offered to our customers so that the customer experience is exceptional at all times. You will also be able to share and discuss with your colleagues on management committees as a member of the management team.

Above all, you don't mind getting your feet wet and enjoy being at the center of projects!

YOUR TASKS

  • General operations management: plans, organizes and controls the site's human and material resources;
  • Maintenance: is responsible for site security, monitoring procedures, hygiene, cleanliness and safety of the facilities and the site in general;
  • Care: supports his care supervisor in the management of massage therapists and beauticians and ensures the excellence of the service offered;
  • Customer service: maintains and optimizes the quality and speed of customer service for the customer experience. Collaborates with marketing management in the development and deployment of strategies aimed at maximizing sales. Helps out during busy periods and supports the supervisor and SAC advisors in all their tasks as needed;
  • Restaurant: collaborates with the catering team for the operation of Restaurant Förena;
  • Field marketing: deploys local field marketing activities with a view to creating and maintaining partnerships with neighboring businesses/businesses/institutions, increasing visibility in its territory and increasing traffic.

THE KNOWLEDGE OF SUCCESS!

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in tourism and hospitality management or other relevant training;
  • You have 3 to 5 years of experience in a management position in the hotel or restaurant sector or in a company similar to ours;
  • You stand out through positive, proactive and unifying leadership, combined with great management rigor (planning, priorities, monitoring, organization, multitasking, autonomy);
  • You are motivated by exceeding sales objectives;
  • You have excellent stress management, problem solving and decision-making skills;
  • Bilingual, you are able to communicate in French and English both orally and in writing and are proficient in Office Suite software;

YOUR SCHEDULE

  • Permanent full-time position (40 hours/week);
  • Work schedule Tuesday to Saturday;
  • You must be available on call outside of your schedule to support or help other team members as needed.
