Your primary role will be to ensure an exceptional customer experience, while also acting as the go-to person in the absence of other supervisors. Under the supervision of the Team Leader, you will offer to our customers a warm, attentive and efficient assistance and guide them in their shopping care, hospitality and site visit.

You will provide massage therapy treatments according to SKYSPA standards. You will welcome the client, review the health form, perform a treatment according to the technique requested and the client’s needs, accompany the client to the reception and replace the room for the next service.

As a Maintenance Team Leader, you will be responsible for carrying out all tasks before the site opens as well as general interior and exterior maintenance work as needed. You will also have to ensure the safety, quality and hygiene of the facilities and ensure that the site is clean, adequate and that everything is functional at all times, during the spa's opening hours.
