YOUR MISSION

As a Maintenance Team Leader, you will be responsible for carrying out all tasks before the site opens as well as general interior and exterior maintenance work as needed. You will also have to ensure the safety, quality and hygiene of the facilities and ensure that the site is clean, adequate and that everything is functional at all times, during the spa's opening hours.

On site (80% of the job) :

  • Open the installations (cleaning, starting saunas, spas, steam baths, fireplaces, etc.) and ensure that everything is functional ;
  • Ensure snow removal and salt spreading throughout the site during the winter;
  • Ensure the water quality of all spa pools by carrying out water tests and adding the appropriate products;
  • Ensure the tranquility of the premises, compliance with spa instructions and regulations (silence, bathrobes and towels on chairs, etc.);
  • Welcoming comments, suggestions and complaints and forwarding them to management;
  • Collaborate with your colleagues from other departments for mutual support and a smooth customer experience.

Maintenance tasks (20% of the job) :

  • Coordinate and carry out building mechanics and machinery tasks according to upkeep and maintenance needs;
  • Carry out various minor work and repairs in electricity, plumbing, painting, etc. ;

YOUR SKILLS

  • DEP in general building maintenance or relevant experience;
  • Knowledge of the field of swimming pools, water basins or spas (an asset);
  • Positive attitude, good physical ability and are eager to provide impeccable customer service;
  • Very good organizational skills, resourcefulness and maturity;
  • Rigor, punctuality, attention to detail and concern for a job well done;
  • Curiosity and intuition (must enjoy finding and solving mechanical problems);
  • Basic knowledge (spoken) of English.

YOUR SCHEDULE

  • Full-time position (40 hours/week);
  • Schedule Tuesday to Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
