Operations Director

Working in close collaboration with the Head Office team, your mission will be to manage all of Förena's operations and supervise a team of more than 90 people. Supported by supervisors, you will be responsible for achieving the financial objectives agreed with management. You will be responsible for applying high standards in terms of quality of services offered to our customers so that the customer experience is exceptional at all times. You will also be able to share and discuss with your colleagues on management committees as a member of the management team.

As a Customer Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for the customer experience and will become the resource person on duty in the absence of other Supervisors (Site, Care, SAC). You will ensure customer satisfaction in order to offer customers a memorable experience and will support and motivate the team of advisors on your shift in the following functions:

Maintenance team leader

As a Maintenance Team Leader, you will be responsible for carrying out all tasks before the site opens as well as general interior and exterior maintenance work as needed. You will also have to ensure the safety, quality and hygiene of the facilities and ensure that the site is clean, adequate and that everything is functional at all times, during the spa's opening hours.
