We are looking for a Spa Nordic Station Operations Manager, a leader passionate about the world of well-being and high-end service.

YOUR MISSION

In close collaboration with our Head Office teams, you will oversee all spa operations and lead a team of nearly 40 people. With the support of supervisors, you will contribute to our financial goals while ensuring impeccable service quality for a memorable customer experience. You enjoy being on the ground, at the heart of projects and action!

YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • General Operations Management: Organize and lead all spa operations while meeting financial and operational objectives. You will ensure rigorous management of human, material, and budgetary resources to ensure profitability and service quality.
  • Maintenance: Ensure safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance of the facilities.
  • Treatments: Work closely with the treatment supervisor to provide a top-tier customer experience.
  • Customer Service: Optimize the customer experience by coordinating with marketing to maximize sales. Actively participate during peak periods and support the supervisor and SAC advisors with all tasks as needed.
  • Local Marketing: With the marketing supervisor, lead local initiatives to create partnerships and increase spa visibility and attendance.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor's degree or university diploma in tourism management, hospitality, or a relevant field
  • 3 years of experience in team management in the tourism, hospitality, restaurant, or similar sector
  • Positive and proactive leadership, with an emphasis on prioritization
  • Driven to exceed objectives
  • Excellent stress management and decision-making skills
  • Bilingual, comfortable in both French and English, with proficiency in the Office Suite
