Driven by a desire for growth and synergy, the year 2025 marks a new chapter with the acquisition of the group by Strøm Corporation.

Founded in 2009, Strøm is now the leading wellness organization in Québec. With locations in Nuns’ Island, Mont-Saint-Hilaire, Sherbrooke, Old Québec, and Saint-Sauveur, Strøm is recognized as a benchmark in the province, both for its growth and for promoting a lifestyle centered on well-being.

As part of this transition, SKYSPA Dix30 and SKYSPA Québec will evolve to become AWU Urban Sanctuary, a new identity that embodies vitality, energy, and elevation toward well-being. Förena Cité Thermale and Spa Nordic Station will remain distinct entities, continuing their development under their current identities.
