YOUR MISSION
As Maitre D’, you’ll be the guardian of top-tier service, leading the service team and creating an atmosphere where every guest feels valued. You’ll work closely with the kitchen team to ensure a seamless and memorable dining experience.
Your responsibilities will include:

Warmly greeting guests and escorting them to their table with care and professionalism

Providing full service, from order-taking to payment, including beverage preparation and anticipating guest needs

Collaborating closely with the kitchen to coordinate timely food and drink service

Supervising the service team, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining a positive, motivating atmosphere
-
Handling guest complaints and feedback in a prompt and professional manner
-
Ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the dining area
-
Assisting with HR and operational duties such as recruitment, training, inventory management, and schedule planning
-
Working in synergy with spa teams to deliver a cohesive and elevated guest experience
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in the restaurant industry, with a strong sense of leadership

Excellent communication skills and a genuine ability to deliver personalized, high-quality service

Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

A natural leader who can motivate, inspire, and guide a team to excellence

Knowledge of wine and mixology is a definite asset
