YOUR MISSION

As Maitre D’, you’ll be the guardian of top-tier service, leading the service team and creating an atmosphere where every guest feels valued. You’ll work closely with the kitchen team to ensure a seamless and memorable dining experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Warmly greeting guests and escorting them to their table with care and professionalism

  • Providing full service, from order-taking to payment, including beverage preparation and anticipating guest needs

  • Collaborating closely with the kitchen to coordinate timely food and drink service

  • Supervising the service team, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining a positive, motivating atmosphere

  • Handling guest complaints and feedback in a prompt and professional manner

  • Ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the dining area

  • Assisting with HR and operational duties such as recruitment, training, inventory management, and schedule planning

  • Working in synergy with spa teams to deliver a cohesive and elevated guest experience

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in the restaurant industry, with a strong sense of leadership

  • Excellent communication skills and a genuine ability to deliver personalized, high-quality service

  • Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • A natural leader who can motivate, inspire, and guide a team to excellence

  • Knowledge of wine and mixology is a definite asset

YOUR SCHEDULE

  • Full-time position (32 to 40 hours/week)

  • Variable schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
