Kitchen commis
Under the supervision of the Maitre D', you will be responsible for setting up the food counter, managing inventory, and ensuring the quality of the customer experience in the bistro. You will also be responsible for the cleanliness of food preparation areas, in accordance with company policy and regulations. You may be assigned other tasks by the Maitre D' as needed.

YOUR MISSION
- Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes, respecting quality and presentation standards;
- Set up by preparing the ingredients necessary for production;
- Control the quality of food and ensure its conservation;
- Respect hygiene and food safety standards at all times;
- Collaborate with the service team to maintain effective workflow and communication;
- Clean and maintain equipment, utensils and work spaces in accordance with established standards;
- Follow the Supervisor's instructions to ensure customer satisfaction and the smooth running of the kitchen.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in cooking;
- Knowledge of cooking techniques, recipes and food safety standards;
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Strong sense of organization and cleanliness;
- Team spirit and ability to collaborate with different staff members;
- Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
SCHEDULE AND WORKING CONDITIONS
- Permanent part-time position (15 to 25 hours / week);
- Variable hours of day, evening or weekend.
