YOUR MISSION
In close collaboration with our Head Office teams, you will oversee all operations at FÖRENA and lead a team of over 100 people. With the support of supervisors, you will contribute to our financial goals while ensuring impeccable service quality for a memorable customer experience. You love being hands-on, at the heart of projects and action!
YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
- General operations management: planning, organizing, and controlling human and material resources;
- Maintenance: ensuring the safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance of the facilities;
- Care: closely collaborating with the care supervisor to provide a high-level customer experience;
- Customer service: optimizing the customer experience, coordinating with marketing to maximize sales; actively participating during peak periods and supporting the supervisor and customer service advisors in all their tasks as needed;
- Restaurant: collaborating with the restaurant team to ensure smooth restaurant operations;
- Local marketing: leading local initiatives to create partnerships and increase the visibility and attendance at FÖRENA.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree or university diploma in tourism management, hospitality, or relevant training;
- 5 years of experience managing teams in tourism, hospitality, restaurant, or a similar sector;
- Positive and proactive leadership, rigor in priority management;
- Motivated by exceeding goals;
- Excellent stress management and decision-making skills;
- Bilingual, comfortable in French and English, with proficiency in Microsoft Office;
