YOUR MISSION
As the Customer Service Team Lead, you'll be a cornerstone of our guest experience. You’ll play a key role in coordinating the customer service team, working closely with the Customer Service Manager and other departments to ensure a seamless, human, and memorable experience.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Deliver top-tier customer service and handle all regular front desk duties

Be responsible for opening and closing the site according to our standards, and conduct regular walkthroughs to ensure pristine cleanliness, inside and out

Act as the go-to person for all staff (maintenance, treatments, customer service) in the absence of the Manager, ensuring smooth information flow

Ensure all rules, protocols, and standards are rigorously followed and enforced

Oversee customer complaint handling, group booking files, and member accounts
-
Support the Manager with management tasks such as: staff scheduling based on traffic, call monitoring, inventory control, cash register balancing, email management, gift card preparation, etc.

Participate in training new team members

Optimize and verify the appointment schedule to ensure smooth spa operations
YOU’RE THE ONE WE’RE LOOKING FOR IF…

You have solid customer service experience

Ideally, you’ve worked in the spa or hospitality industry (a plus!)

You are bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written, to serve all clients professionally

You’re proactive, organized, and calm under pressure

You’re known for your natural leadership, kindness, and positive attitude

You’re resourceful, take initiative, and demonstrate sound judgment

You have a neat appearance and strong attention to detail

You’re punctual and thorough

You have basic computer skills or are eager to learn quickly

Permanent, full-time position (32–40 hours/week)
