YOUR MISSION

As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for guiding and motivating a team of about 20 employees. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be a true ambassador of our values of excellence and hospitality, ensuring smooth daily operations and team cohesion, all while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

  • YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
  • Lead, inspire, and motivate your team in a refined and stimulating environment.
  • Ensure flawless operations while maintaining unmatched service standards.
  • Ensure a warm welcome for guests, manage appointments, and oversee the overall spa experience.
  • Actively participate in hiring, training, and evaluating your team members.
  • Handle complaints and client cases with professionalism and care.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments (spa treatments, site, restaurant, maintenance) to create unforgettable moments.

YOUR PROFILE

Professional Requirements:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in team management, ideally in an environment where elegance and service quality are top priorities.
  • College degree, technical diploma, or equivalent.
  • Bilingual (French and English), both spoken and written.
  • Experience in Spa or Hospitality is a major asset.

Personal Requirements:

  • Natural leadership with the ability to adapt to varying schedules.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a young and dynamic team.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and autonomy.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to solve problems and make decisions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong listening abilities.
