YOUR MISSION
As an Assistant Supervisor, you will be at the heart of the action! Your primary role will be to ensure an exceptional customer experience, while also acting as the go-to person in the absence of other supervisors. You will work closely with the entire team to maintain a smooth and harmonious environment for both our clients and your colleagues.
Here’s what you will be doing on a daily basis:
- You will carry out all the duties of a customer service representative and perform regular reception tasks, meeting all customer needs;
- You will be responsible for opening and closing the site while maintaining our standards. You will conduct regular rounds to ensure that the cleanliness of the premises (both inside and outside) is impeccable;
- In the absence of supervisors, you will be the reference person for all staff (maintenance, treatments, customer service) and ensure smooth communication of information;
- You will make sure that all rules, protocols, and standards are adhered to rigorously;
- You will handle customer complaint follow-ups, group bookings, and membership files;
- You will support your colleagues and supervisors in training new employees and ensure optimal workforce management based on customer traffic;
- You will work hand-in-hand with site supervisors, treatment teams, customer service, and restaurant staff to provide a seamless customer experience.
YOU’RE THE PERSON WE’RE LOOKING FOR IF...
- You have solid experience in customer service and team management;
- Ideally, you’ve worked in the spa or hospitality industry (this is an asset!);
- You are bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written;
- You demonstrate leadership, diplomacy, and a positive attitude;
- You are resourceful, proactive, and have good judgment;
- Your appearance is neat, and you have an eye for detail;
- You are punctual and organized, with strong multitasking skills;
- You have basic computer knowledge or are eager to learn quickly.
